1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Will it Flow mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is currently operated under the name "Will it Flow" and is intended to be organized as a Wisconsin limited liability company in the future.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Will it Flow is a software-based rental property financial calculator designed to assist users in evaluating potential real estate investment scenarios.

The Service:

  • Performs mathematical calculations
  • Generates projections based solely on user-provided inputs
  • Stores analyses for user convenience

The Service does not:

  • Provide financial advice
  • Provide investment advice
  • Provide tax advice
  • Provide legal advice
  • Act as a fiduciary
  • Guarantee investment performance
  • Make decisions for users

3. Calculator Only – No Professional Advice

All outputs generated by Will it Flow are purely mathematical projections based on assumptions entered by the user.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service does not recommend investments.
  • The Service does not evaluate suitability.
  • The Service does not verify accuracy of inputs.
  • All results are hypothetical and illustrative.
  • Past performance or projected performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Conducting independent due diligence
  • Verifying all assumptions
  • Consulting licensed professionals
  • Making your own financial decisions

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are located in the United States.
  • You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

5. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

6. User Data and Inputs

You retain ownership of the financial data and inputs you enter into the Service. However, you grant Will it Flow a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information entered.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service may offer paid subscriptions (monthly or annual). Payments are processed through Stripe.

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • You authorize recurring billing.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, algorithms, branding, logos, and functionality of Will it Flow are the exclusive property of Will it Flow.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Reverse engineer
  • Distribute
  • Reproduce
  • Create derivative works

without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to breach security
  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Upload malicious code
  • Use the Service to mislead others
  • Scrape or automate data extraction

Violation may result in immediate termination.

10. No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Accuracy of calculations
  • Reliability of projections
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Availability without interruption

We do not guarantee that results will match real-world outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Will it Flow shall not be liable for:

  • Investment losses
  • Lost profits
  • Business losses
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Reliance on projections
  • Errors in calculations
  • Data loss

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Will it Flow in the previous 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Will it Flow from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your investment decisions
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of projections

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for business reasons. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

14. Modifications to the Service

We may modify features, add or remove functionality, introduce advertising, or adjust pricing at our discretion. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

15. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wisconsin.

You waive the right to:

  • Jury trial
  • Class action participation

Arbitration shall be conducted individually.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Will it Flow.
