I started building Will It Flow because I was frustrated. As a beginning real estate investor, I kept running into the same problem: I'd find a property that looked interesting, try to run the numbers in my head, and realize I was missing variables — vacancy rates, expense ratios, live mortgage rates, real rent comps. I wasn't 100% in-tune with the market, and the spreadsheets I found online felt disconnected from reality. So I built the tool I actually needed.
